I am a mother of 3 children Peyton who is 8, Cody 6 and Riley 3. My son Cody was born at 27 weeks, and suffered a grade 4 brain bleed. After spending 96 days in the NICU here at Loyola University Hospital,  we brought him home, where he immediately started the early intervention system getting PT, OT and Speech. Cody was diagnosed at 17 months with triplegic spastic cerebral palsy. I have made it my mission, to make sure that no family ever feels as alone and scared as we did when we learned he had CP. I am a stay at home mom, and enjoy very much the role I play in Cody’s life as his advocate, and his mom.
